Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm. Our email response time is typically within one business day. The Wellness Collective is not a 24-hour crisis facility. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Billing & Insurance

Due to the variety of services we offer, we are unable to quote exact fees for all visits.  Questions regarding our current fee schedule, accounts or insurance can be answered by calling our office Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We currently accept Self-pay, Alabama Medicaid, Tricare and all private insurance plans.

Co-pays, Deductibles and or Co-Insurances for office visits are due at the time of service.  We are required by your insurance company to collect a co-pay each visit.

Self-pay patients will be responsible for payment before services are rendered and given a Good Faith Estimate.

While you are responsible for paying for the services we provide, our insurance personnel will gladly assist you in anyway they can.
